On Wednesday 8th May, The Dialogue Agency attended an event called Garibaldi and Gelato in Clerkenwell, London, to celebrate the food heritage of the Italian community who have lived in the area for over 6 generations. The event was also to celebrate the 150th anniversary of St Peter's Church, the local Italian church.
The event was held at Central Street Cookery School, a new school which offers a wide range of courses and has recently been used by Jamie Oliver's production team.
The guests were invited to an Italian antipasti buffet and enjoyed reading our Parmigiano Reggiano, Parma Ham and Gorgonzola recipe books which they were able to take home with them.
