On the 24th - 26th March 2014, Marcello Fiorita, Districts of Italy, will showcase Prosciutto di Parma on his Tanara Giancarlo stand at the FOODEX trade show in Birmingham.

Run over three days at the NEC Birmingham, Foodex is co-located with a number of key trade shows including Food & Drink Expo, Deli Show and the National Convenience Show.
The Tanara stand featured Prosciutto di Parma recipe books and information leaflets for visitors to read and take away as well as branded aprons to increase exposure.
With over 13,700 trade visitors, the show provides an opportunity for industry representatives to learn more about Parma Ham, its origin and key qualities.
